The teaser showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The trailer ends with a dramatic sequence showing a character, likely the hostage, changing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
